Every Sunday we will be posting a Prayer and we will call this series Prayer Time. We want this prayer to center around God and trying to start the week with God at the center. This week we will be praying for God to open our hearts.

Please join us in this weekly Prayer Time and feel free to post any prayer requests in the comments.

This blog can become a great community where we pray for each other and discuss God’s Word.

Prayer Time

Dear Heavenly Father,

As we come to you today, we ask that you open our hearts and our minds to your Word. Help us to not only read the words in the Bible but to see the words in our daily lives. Help us to use your Word to guide our steps to be within Your Will for our lives.

Dear Father, we thank you for all that you do for us although we may not realize it was you working around us. We are humbled by Your ever present love for us in spite of our failures. Lord, help us to see that we do not have to be afraid because you are with us always.

Dear Father, we thank you for all that you do for us even when we don't realize that it was You working around us. #thechristianbloggersClick to Tweet

Prayer Time: Open our hearts to your Word... A Weekly prayer series to help keep God at the center of our lives. As we go about our week, Lord, please keep our tempers in check and help us to resist the temptations that the world may offer us. Help us to be a clear testimony of Your Word to those that do not know you.

Lord, if there are any people reading this that are sick, we ask Your healing hand be placed upon them. If there are any that have financial burdens, we ask that you provide a way for that burden to be eased. If there are any that do not know you, we ask that you open their eyes to Your love and to Your Word.

All of these things, we pray in you mighty name,

Amen
